The Houston Hurricanes announced today that they signed Dante Adrian Ferrer Perez. Owner Brendan Keyes and Head Coach Thiago Reis spoke after only twenty minutes at last Saturdays tryouts in League City Sportsplex. They both agreed Dante had something special and signed him after one tryout. We don’t normally do that said Reis, we give players at least two chances to make roster unless they stand out right away and that’s what happened in this case. Dante is a midfielder we great ball skills and can change a game with his silky touches on the ball. We are happy for the young man to join us and look forward to seeing what he can bring on the field for us this season. Dante said to play for this team means everything to me. Like any young footballer you dream of going to the next level. I am so grateful to make the roster for the Houston Hurricanes FC. It all happened so fast and I have Brendan and Thiago to thank for it. They’re giving me a huge opportunity to fine tune my game and I’m looking forward to go to next level. Perez makes it 16 in the squad so far, Hurricanes are looking to add ten more players at final tryouts Feb 23rd and 24th in Sugarland at South west Indoor Soccer from 12 noon til 3pm.
